No, this channel is not designed to manage urgent matters or emergencies. Contact the authorities or emergency services in this case.

Is anonymity during the reporting guaranteed?

You can decide whether or not to supply your personal data in the reporting process. If you choose not to do so, you’ll need to monitor it on your own via the whistleblower channel in order to view the progress and resolution. The channel will provide you with a user name and password to view the progress of the complaint. The channel is unrelated to the company and doesn’t record any information on the IP address by which it’s connected.

Is there a code of ethics in which I can check conduct that can be reported?

I’ve lost my password for viewing the status of my complaint. What can I do?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, only the person who sends the report knows their access code and password. If you lose either of them, you won’t be able to monitor the communication. This doesn’t mean that the communication won’t follow its course, simply that you won’t be able to see how it’s progressing or provide more information if the company requires any.

When will I receive a reply to my complaint or query? What’s the deadline for its resolution?

You’ll be informed of the acceptance of the complaint/query within a maximum of 7 days. The deadline for the resolution of queries is a maximum of 90 days, unless the complexity of the case justifiably requires a longer period.

Where is the platform that manages the channel?

The whistleblower channel operates on an external platform, https://ithikios.com . This company receives the complaints and automatically sends them to the company for evaluation. The Ithikios servers are located in European data processing centres. Your data are encrypted to minimise risks of intrusion.

Who manages the whistleblower channel?

The channel is managed by Regulatory Compliance specialists from UNEX companies with access to the channel, with the cooperation, if required, of external experts.
